  • To provide and manage the contracted process serving and notary services.

C. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your PII or case details to third parties. We will only disclose your information:

  • To the courts, as necessary, for the filing of Affidavits/Proofs of Service.

  • To a trusted referral network, with your consent, if the service area is outside our core coverage (Hays, Travis, etc.).

  • To third-party services that support our operations (e.g., ServeManager or PST for tracking, and payment processors), under strict confidentiality agreements.

  • When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC or its clients.

D. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the integrity and security of the documents and data we handle, including the use of platforms like PST and ServeManager for secure case management. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

III. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC website and the services offered. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. Acceptance of Orders and Service

  1. Scope of Service: Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC provides civil process serving and notary services primarily in Hays, Travis, Caldwell, Bastrop, Bexar, Comal, Bell, and Williamson counties. Services in other counties are negotiable.

  2. Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete contact information and addresses to ensure successful service1. The client will be charged based on the fee schedule, regardless of whether service is ultimately completed, unless otherwise agreed upon by contract.

  3. Pricing: Unless otherwise agreed upon by contract, service rates are governed by the current Pricing and Fee Schedule published on this website. Clients are advised to contact us to confirm prices before placing an order to ensure rates are honored.

B. Payment and Fees

  1. Fee Schedule: All rates for Regular, Rush, Expedite Rush, and Holiday services, as well as additional fees for mileage, printing, and address changes, are detailed in our Pricing section.

  2. Affidavit Filing: The client is responsible for paying the full price for the filing fee of affidavits, if one is required.

  3. Discounts: A 15% discount is offered to military personnel.

C. Client Tracking and Communication

  1. Portal Access: Clients will be provided access to our tracking portal (compatible with PST and ServeManager) to monitor the status of their service.

  2. Due Diligence: All unanswered attempts will result in a notice being pinned on the property where practical and noticeable, with a picture sent to the client.

D. Limitation of Liability

Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC's liability for any errors, omissions, or failures to perform services shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service involved. We are not liable for any delays or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client, or for delays caused by court systems, weather, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
