Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC was established in 2022 with the sole purpose of serving an often-neglected part of Health & Wellness: civil closure. Many people think of the process server as the enemy, but that is far from the truth. We are civil servants who serve to help inform those being sued or summoned for court, while also ensuring the plaintiff is getting one step closer to their necessary closure. The owner, Andre Davis (PSC-22934), is an ARMY veteran. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Kinesiology.
