Meet the Owner
Dynamic Phantom P&N LLC is Veteran-Owned and Operated, built on a foundation of duty, precision, and dedication.
The owner, Andre Davis (PSC-22934), is an ARMY veteran. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2017 with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Kinesiology. This background ensures that every case is handled with the integrity, discipline, and attention to detail required by the legal profession.

Process Server: License #PSC-22934 Any legal document can be delivered at an agreed price.
Notary Services: We provide reliable Notary services (License #135515919) including both Traditional Mobile Notary and E-Notary/Remote Online Notarization.
Referral Assurance: If your service area is outside our effective range, we will readily refer you to other trusted servers in the area.
